Chelsea Take Control of Title Race while British Fans Surprisingly Take Care of their Oral Health

Whilst Drogba gets removed for Kalou, a Chelsea fan removes food particles / plaque

Carlo Ancelotti's side opened up a 5-point lead at the top of the table over Manchester United and Arsenal with a tidy 1-0 win courtesy of a John Terry header today. A massive three points. A big weekend filled with ups and downs for the Terry family - after JT's dad was reportedly videotaped selling cocaine to an undercover reporter in an Essex wine bar.

Frank Lampard provided the assist for the Terry goal. But more interestingly - as cameras panned to the sidelines to show Didier Drogba being replaced by Salomon Kalou - they caught a well-dressed man, pictured above, furiously brushing his teeth. I paused the tele and captured the screen shot for you.

Who is this master of spectacular oral health? Have we seen him before? Was he using flouride toothpaste? Were the bristles on his brush frayed? A worn toothbrush, after all, won't do a good job of cleaning your teeth. And I had always believed the stereotype that Brits have bad teeth...

Blog readers: Visit your dentist regularly for professional cleanings and oral exams.
