Change We Need, Change We Can Believe In: The England Team is In

The lineups are set, and another week of World Cup Qualifying is well underway. Early season fantasy premier league surprise and Manchester United "super-sub" Darren Fletcher is wearing the Captain's armband for Scotland in an early morning (US Pacific Time) battle against fantasy stud John Carew and Norway.

Sweden take on Portugal and Germany battle Russia in two tasty brand-name battles, but fantasy premier league pundits are surely more excited for Capello's 4-3-3 than Zlatan vs C-Ron.

Here is England's starting lineup for today's match against Borat's Boys. Blog favorite Ashley Young is nowhere to be found. (He's not even in the team.)  Surely the the Three Lions will produce a comfortable result against a team ranked 131st in the world (after mighty Hong Kong but before mighty Singapore), but is this change we can believe in? Can this team strike fear into the world come 2010?

did anyone else think Beckham's 15 minutes of action were superb? Strange, but true.
